SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100.00 for most of Canada. Shipments to Newfoundland & Labrador or to Nunavut are charged a $25 shipping fee and are excluded from the free shipping over $100 offer.

FLAT RATE of $17.95 for order value under $100.00

Canadian Shipments are by ground courier. We need a physical address, we can not ship to a PO Box.

International Shipping is possible however we will require a shipping address in order to provide a quote.

We typically process all orders the same day we receive them and have them picked up by the courier the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. A separate email will enclose the shipping label and the courier company used. You can track your order via the courier's website.

Whenever possible we ship your order in a recycled box to cut down on waste and minimize our environmental impact. 

RETURN POLICY

Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order as long as:

1. The item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The tags are attached
3. It is accompanied by a copy of your invoice/packing slip

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns/exchanges of items that are damaged in transit please email us an image of the package to [email protected] 

STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

Within 7 days of receiving your item contact us by email at [email protected] or phone at 250-352-7743 and let us know which item(s) you want to return or exchange.

• 1. We will get back to you with shipping info, you will be responsible for shipping fees
  2. Mail your item(s) back to us within 5 business days of contacting us (unworn, tags on)
  3. When we receive your item(s) we will inspect your return to ensure the condition, then refund you or send you the replacement

Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We will not accept returns sent COD. A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside every order) must accompany your return.
