Shipping & Returns
We offer free* shipping within Canada on orders over $100. We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping on orders under $100. Currently we ship only within Canada except by special request. Please contact us for all inquires regarding international shipping. If you would like to have your order shipped using a faster service, either Xpress Post or Priority Mail, please contact us for a quote.
*All orders being delivered to Newfoundland & Labrador or to Nunavut are charged a $25 shipping fee and are excluded from the free shipping over $100 offer.
We ship all of our orders expedited by Canada Post and will mail your order within two business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery.
Due to special fit considerations, we will not ship a suit without speaking with you first. If you see a suit on our site that you like please give us a call or drop us an email to discuss ordering options. It is recommended that you come into the shop for a professional fitting.
Whenever possible we ship your order in a recycled box to cut down on waste and minimize our environmental impact.
Regular priced items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order as long as:
1) the item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it
2) the tags are attached
3) it is accompanied by a copy of your invoice/packing slip
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For returns/exchanges of items that are damaged in transit please email us an image of the package to [email protected]
STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Within 7 days of receiving your item contact us by email at [email protected] or phone at 250-352-7743 and let us know which item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- We will get back to you with shipping info, you will be responsible for shipping fees
- Mail your item(s) back to us within 5 business days of contacting us (unworn, tags on)
- When we receive your item(s) we will inspect your return to ensure the condition, then refund you or send you the replacement
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We will not accept returns sent COD. A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside every order) must accompany your return.
