Free shipping to almost anywhere in Canada on orders over $100. To addresses that are expensive to ship to, we will contact you via email or phone for a portion of the shipping costs.
We charge a flat rate of $15 on orders under $100.
All orders from Nunavut or Newfoundland/Labrador are charged a flat rate of $25.
Currently we ship only within Canada except by special request. Please contact us for further information.
We ship all of our orders expedited by Canada Post. Please allow 3-9 business days for delivery. Payment must be received before we will ship.
Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt of the item as long as:
The item hasn’t been worn (except for a try on.)
the tags are still on it and it is in the condition you received it
Sorry, Sale items are Final Sale
STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Within 7 days of receiving your item contact us by email or phone and let us know which item(s) you want to return or exchange for a different size
We'll get back to you with shipping info,
Send us your item(s) within 10 days of contacting us (unworn, tags on)
When we receive it, we'll refund you or send you the replacement
A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) must accompany all returns.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.
When returning garments they should be returned in the condition in which they were received.
Due to health regulations, the sale of undergarments and bathing suits are final.
Visa and MasterCard are processed through Paypal (You don’t need to sign up for a Paypal account).
